Agreement to these Terms

By accessing the Wire MCP website, creating an account, downloading the plugin, purchasing a plan, activating a license, or otherwise using Wire MCP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using Wire MCP on behalf of a company, agency, client, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, download, activate, or use Wire MCP.

About Wire MCP

Wire MCP is a WordPress software product and related service designed to enable supported AI clients and workflows to interact with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and supported website-management functionality.

Wire MCP is operated by Websoft Global IT Services.

Accounts and account security

Certain Wire MCP features may require you to create or use an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep account information reasonably current.

• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
• You must not knowingly share your account password with unauthorized users.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to us.
• You should notify us if you believe your account or license has been compromised.

Plans, licenses and site limits

Wire MCP may be offered through Free, annual, lifetime, promotional, or other plans. The features and number of websites you may activate depend on the plan associated with your license.

A paid license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable Wire MCP paid functionality within the activation limits of the purchased plan, subject to these Terms.

License keys are intended for the customer or organization that purchased them. You must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized public distribution of your license key.

Pricing, payments and taxes

Prices displayed on the Wire MCP website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases.

You agree to pay the price shown at checkout, together with any taxes, duties, or other amounts that are legally applicable to the transaction.

Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers. Your use of a particular payment method may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

Coupon codes and promotional discounts may be subject to separate eligibility rules, expiry dates, usage limits, plan restrictions, or other conditions.

Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation

If you purchase an automatically renewing Wire MCP subscription, your subscription may renew at the applicable renewal interval unless it is cancelled before the next renewal is processed.

Where available, you may manage or cancel a subscription through your account or by contacting support.

Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, cancelling an already-paid subscription does not retroactively cancel the period for which payment has already been made.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Wire MCP Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Abuse of refund procedures, chargebacks made in bad faith, fraudulent purchases, or misuse of a license may result in suspension or revocation of the associated license.

Plugin updates, releases and compatibility

Wire MCP may provide software updates, bug fixes, security fixes, compatibility updates, new features, improvements, or other releases.

We may maintain different release channels such as Stable, release candidate, beta, development, or testing releases.

Production customers should ordinarily use the Stable release unless they specifically choose or are authorized to use another channel.

We may discontinue support for outdated versions of WordPress, PHP, Elementor, WooCommerce, browsers, operating environments, APIs, or third-party integrations where continued support is no longer reasonably practical.

Acceptable use

You may use Wire MCP for legitimate website development, administration, design, maintenance, ecommerce, content-management, and related business or personal purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Wire MCP complies with applicable laws, the rights of third parties, and the terms of any third-party services that you connect to Wire MCP.

Prohibited uses and restrictions

You may not use Wire MCP to:

• Gain unauthorized access to websites, accounts, networks, or systems.
• Bypass license limits, authentication mechanisms, security controls, or paid-feature restrictions.
• Share, publish, resell, or distribute license keys in a manner not permitted by your plan.
• Use the service to distribute malware, malicious code, credential-stealing tools, or other harmful software.
• Interfere with or deliberately overload Wire MCP infrastructure, licensing services, update systems, or APIs.
• Use automated means to abuse downloads, licensing endpoints, account systems, or rate limits.
• Misrepresent Wire MCP as your own software product where doing so infringes our intellectual-property rights.
• Use Wire MCP in violation of applicable law or to infringe the rights of others.

Third-party software and services

Wire MCP may interact with or depend upon third-party software, platforms, APIs, plugins, themes, payment providers, hosting providers, AI services, and other external systems.

Third-party products are controlled by their respective providers. Their functionality, pricing, APIs, availability, policies, or compatibility may change without our control.

AI-generated actions and your responsibility

Wire MCP may allow an AI client or other automated system to request changes to your WordPress website. AI-generated instructions and outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your website.

You are responsible for reviewing important website changes and maintaining appropriate backups, administrative controls, and safeguards for your website.

Where Wire MCP provides previews, validation, rollback, snapshots, confirmations, or other safety mechanisms, those features are intended to reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every unwanted outcome will be prevented.

Intellectual property

Wire MCP, its software, branding, website content, documentation, interfaces, graphics, designs, proprietary services, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the operator of Wire MCP, except for third-party materials identified as belonging to others.

Purchasing a Wire MCP license does not transfer ownership of the Wire MCP software or intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of your own websites, content, media, business information, and other materials that you own independently of Wire MCP.

Service availability and changes

We aim to keep Wire MCP and its related services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, security incidents, third-party failures, internet outages, software updates, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, compatibility, product development, or commercial reasons.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wire MCP and its related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that Wire MCP will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every plugin or theme, suitable for every website configuration, or capable of producing a particular business, design, performance, revenue, or technical result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wire MCP and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or related to your use of Wire MCP.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a specific paid Wire MCP service will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount you paid us for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits such limitations.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to paid functionality, accounts, licenses, downloads, or related services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or refunded transactions affecting a license.
• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
• License abuse or deliberate attempts to bypass plan limits.
• Security risks to Wire MCP, customers, websites, or infrastructure.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Where reasonable and appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Wire MCP, its features, commercial model, legal requirements, or business practices evolve.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Wire MCP after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Disputes and applicable law

If you have a dispute relating to Wire MCP, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Wire MCP, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you in your place of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court or other competent forum with jurisdiction under applicable law, unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution process.
