Getting Started

Wire MCP is a WordPress plugin that connects Claude to WordPress and provides supported capabilities for inspecting, building, editing and managing WordPress website content through natural-language instructions.

Claude provides the AI reasoning and conversation. Wire MCP provides the WordPress-side connection and capabilities.

No. Claude is the AI.

Wire MCP acts as the connection and capability layer that allows Claude to work with supported WordPress workflows.

Wire MCP can be useful for WordPress users, freelancers, agencies, website owners and developers who want to use Claude to build or manage WordPress websites through natural language.

For normal supported workflows, users can describe what they want in natural language rather than manually writing code or configuring every Elementor control.

More advanced website requirements may still require technical understanding depending on the site and requested workflow.

Download the Wire MCP ZIP file and install it from WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Activate it after installation.

Read Installation Guide →

Wire MCP Free does not require a paid Wire MCP Pro license.

A valid Wire MCP Pro license is required when using Pro-only functionality.

Supported workflows can inspect and adjust issues such as:

  • widths
  • spacing
  • stacking
  • alignment
  • responsive behavior
  • section structure

Not for normal Elementor Core page-building workflows.

Elementor Pro is required only when the requested functionality depends on Elementor Pro features.
